as available. To return a product within 30 days of your purchase date, please follow the following steps:

• Send an e-mail to returns@TopSleepingBags.com which includes the product you are returning
and the order number (found in order confirmation e-mail sent during checkout).
• Wait for receipt sent to you by returns@TopSleepingBags.com which will include confirmation
that the return request was received and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• In the return authorization e-mail you will be provided with additional instructions including a
shipping address, and the details of your refund. All return shipments must be made through a
trackable service such as UPS or FedEx.
• Your return will be processed upon receipt by TopSleepingBags.com within 5-7 business days
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
• If you are returning a defective item within 30 days of the purchase date you will receive a full
refund and be reimbursed for return shipping.
• If you are returning a defective item outside the 30 day limit please call us at 866-562-1554 and
we will work with you and the manufacturer to implement any warranty which is available..
• If your item is not defective and you would like to return it, the product must be in it’s original
condition and unused. Within the first 15 days we will issue you a full refund, less the original shipping
amount. If it is within the first 16 – 30 days from the purchase date, we will issue you store credit, less
the original shipping amount. If your return is outside the first 30 days, we will issue you a refund less
the original shipping amount and a 15% restocking fee, only if the product is in re-sellable condition.
